Meyer Lemon Blueberry Cake with Icing

Cake Mix:
 1 box of @traderjoes Meyer Lemon Cake Mix with Lemon Icing
 1 cup water
 1 egg
 ½ cup melted butter (1 stick)
Optional add-ins:
 ¾ cup blueberries
 ¼ cup yogurt
8x4 greased loaf pan
Icing:
 1 Lemon icing pouch mix
 2 tbsp melted butter
 1 tbsp water

Follow instructions on the box to preheat over to 350 degrees. Set aside icing pouch mix.

In a large bowl, mix water, egg, melted butter and yogurt together.

Add in cake mix, stir well. Gently fold in blueberries.

Pour batter into greased 8×4 loaf pan.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cake sit for 40 minutes.

Mix icing ingredients together in a zip top bag, snip the corner off and drizzle over the cake. Enjoy!
