Ultimate Chili! Adding in two common pantry ingredients elevates this chili recipe to sneak its way into one of our top favorites. Ketchup add slight sweetness and fire roasted tomatoes add a slight kick. Easy to meal prep and reheats beautifully. Make this and enjoy!

 1.5 pounds ground beef
 1 yellow onion- diced
 3T minced garlic
 2 cans beef broth
 1/4 cup ketchup
 1 can 14.5oz fire roasted crushed tomatoes
 1 can 28oz crushed tomatoes
 1 can 16oz kidney beans
 1 can 16oz northern white beans
 1/4 cup chili powder
 Red pepper flakes to taste
 Shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
 Diced green onion for garnish

On the stove in a large fry pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked stirring frequently. Drain ground beef and set aside.

On the stove in a Dutch oven or similar large stock pot, add diced onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat until the onion is translucent.

Add all remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Garnish with cheese and green onion and enjoy!
