Honey Apple Crisp! No need to wait until Fall to share one of my top 5 favorite foods. Adding in honey allows the apple mixture to stick together and almost act as a glue to the crumble mixture, truly an incredible combination. I also highly recommend cutting the apples into bite size pieces. This allows the apples to bake more evenly and is much easier to spoon and eat. Looking forward to the fall to make this with freshly picked apples and try new variations. Stay tuned! Enjoy friends!

In a medium bowl, mix together crisp topping ingredients. Continuing stirring using a fork until mixture is crumbly.
In 8x8 inch well greased glass dish, add filling mixture and spread evenly. Drizzle honey over the top of the mixture.
Then add crisp topping and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling along edges. Cool for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
