This will be your go-to elevated restaurant quality flavor meal! We used our favorite @TraderJoes Cauliflower Gnocchi roasted in the oven with the salmon. Pre-heat oven to 425 degress. On a sheet pan, place frozen gnocchi separated on the pan. Bake 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. The gnocchi should be roasted and lightly golden in flavor.
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. On a sheet pan, place salmon. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon. Lightly sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over the salmon (a little goes a long way flavor wise). Placed sliced lemons over the salmon. Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
In a steamer pan, add 2-3 inches of water in the bottom of the pan. Steam green beans for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
