Smash Burgers! 30 minute meal! Have to say, these are pretty much life changing. Simple perfection really. Add these to your "must make" list asap, enjoy!

 1 lb Ground Beef- used 80% beef/20% fat
 1 large Onion- sliced finely
 4 T butter
 6 Slices American Cheese
 3 Hamburger Buns
 1/2 C Mayo
 1/4 C Ketchup
 2 T Yellow Mustard
 2 t Pickle Juice

In a large cast iron skillet, set heat to medium high heat. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add onion and cook until softened. While the onions are cooking, form and season the 6 burger patties (salt/pepper/garlic powder). Make sure to form thin patties. Remove cooked onions from the skillet.

Add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook burgers, 3-4 at a time depending on size and how they fit in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes and then flip. Add cheese and onions and cook for 2-3 minutes. The burgers should be medium and remove from the skillet. While the burgers are cooking, in a small bow, stir together the sauce ingredients until well combined.

Toast the buns for 1 minute per side in the skillet. Build the burger with the sauce, 2 patties and onions. Enjoy!
