Homemade Slow Cooker Baked Beans made with 3 Beans & Bacon! Yes, canned baked beans are a summer staple and yes, they are very good, but making your own baked beans allows the creativity and imagination to flow freely. This recipe is very customizable to your own liking. Delicious and definitely a crowd favorite this summer. Enjoy!

 16 oz (1lb) Can Pinto Beans- drained
 16 oz (1lb) Can Kidney Beans- drained
 16 oz (1lb) Can White Beans- drained
 1 Yellow Onion- diced
 1 Garlic clove- minced
 8-10 slices of Fully Cooked Bacon- diced
 1 tbsp Chipotle Adobo Sauce (We used @FronteraFoods Chipotle Adobo)
 1.5 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 1 tbsp Molasses
 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
 1/2 cup Ketchup
 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce
 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Heat a saute pan to medium heat on the stove. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until slightly browned. Remove from the heat.

In a slow cooker or Instant Pot on slow cooker mode, set to high heat. Add all ingredients including the garlic and onion mixture. Mix well until everything is combined.

Stir occasionally and cook for 2-3 hours on high heat. Enjoy!
