Orzo Salad! With all fresh ingredients, some from our garden to round out the end of summer! The garden fresh tomatoes, basil and chives allow this side dish to shine. Add our Creamy Lemon Dressing and this is an absolute crowd favorite and even better as leftovers, enjoy!

Pasta:
 16 oz Orzo Pasta- cooked, yes found in the pasta aisle!
 10 Cherry Tomatoes- halved
 1/2 Medium Cucumber- sliced and quartered
 1 Bell Pepper- diced
 10 Basil Leaves- sliced
 Sliced Chives to garnish
Creamy Lemon Dressing:
 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
 1 Lemon- juiced
 1 tsp Honey
 1 tsp Creamy Dijon Mustard
 2 tsp White Sugar
 Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:

Cook orzo pasta as directed on the box. Drain and set aside.

Chop all vegetables according to ingredient list.

Mix dressing in a bowl or mason jar. Shake well or use an immersion blender.

Add the cooked pasta to a large bowl or container. Mix all ingredients together. Pour the dressing in and mix well. Store in the fridge for a few hours to allow the flavors to blend. Garnish with chopped chives and enjoy!
