Cinco de Mayo! Fiesta with these killer Grilled Shrimp Tacos topped with the Best Homemade Guac, Smoked Tomato Salsa and Cilantro Lime Crema! Enjoy friends!

Ingredients:
 6 flour tortillas
 1 lb fresh shrimp- peeled
 1 yellow onion- sliced into strips
 1 bell pepper- sliced into strips
Dry seasoning mix for shrimp, onions and peppers
 1 tbsp chili powder
 1 tbsp cumin
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp Lawry’s season salt
Garnishes
 cotija cheese crumbles
 fresh cilantro

 1 tbsp Homemade Cilantro Lime Crema- see recipe linked in separate post coming soon!
 1 tbsp Homemade Smoked Tomato Salsa- see recipe linked in separate post coming soon!

In a small bowl, mix dry seasoning mix.

Place the shrimp on skewers. Sprinkle 1/3 of the dry seasoning over the shrimp.

Slice the onions and peppers into strips. Sprinkle remaining 2/3 dry seasoning mix over cut onions and peppers.

Start the grill.

Heat the peppers over medium-low heat on the stove. Once the onions and peppers begin to soften, check the grill.

Over medium-low heat, grill the shrimp for 3-4 minutes depending on size, then flip and grill for another 3 minutes.

Place the tortillas on the hot grill for 30 seconds-1 minute per side.

Check the onions and peppers and remove from the heat once they are the texture you desire.

To assemble one taco: place the peppers and onions on the bottom. Place shrimp on next. Then top with guac, salsa, crema, cotija cheese crumbles and fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
