Wrapping up Salsa Week with this hot and cold Chipotle Yogurt Salsa! The spiciness from the @FronteraFoods Chipotle Pepper Adobo sauce is cooled down by the plain yogurt to create a perfectly balanced salsa to serve with tortilla chips or top any type of tacos, nachos, quesadillas or to swap out your favorite salad dressing for a change.

 2 on-the-vine round medium tomatoes- roasted
 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
 ¼ cup @FronteraFoods Chiptole Pepper Adobo sauce
 ¼ cup fresh cilantro
 ¼ red onion- sliced
 1 cup plain yogurt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut tomatoes in half. Roast tomatoes for 20 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients to the food processor, add roasted tomatoes. Pulse until all ingredients are well combined. Enjoy!
