30 Minute Meal! Ahi Tuna Bowls with 2 homemade sauces and all the extras! Why turn on the oven or the stove in the summer when you can have a delicious, fresh and special easy meal for 6 people. Enjoy!

Tuna:
 2 lbs Fresh Sushi Grade Tuna- we used Yellowfin but Bigeye works well too- cut into 3/4inch cubes
Soy Sesame Sauce:
 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce or Tamari for GF
 3 tsp Sesame Oil
 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
 1/2 Cup Green Onions- thinly sliced
Sriracha Aioli:
 1/2 Cup Mayo
 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
To Serve:
 3 cups Cooked White Rice
 1 cup Shredded Carrots
 1 cup Cucumber- sliced
 2 Avocados- diced into small pieces
 1/4 Cup Green onion- thinly sliced
 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Soy Sesame Sauce:

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate while preparing the bowls.

Sriracha Aioli:

To Prepare the Bowls:

To prepare tuna bowls: place the cooked white rice at the bottom, add the shredded carrots, sliced cucumber and diced avocado. Next, add the diced tuna. Drizzle the soy sesame sauce, the sriracha aioli, the thinly sliced green onions and the sesame seeds. Enjoy!
