2lbsFresh Sushi Grade Tuna- we used Yellowfin but Bigeye works well too- cut into 3/4inch cubes
Soy Sesame Sauce:
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce or Tamari for GF
3tspSesame Oil
2tspRice Vinegar
1/2 Cup Green Onions- thinly sliced
Sriracha Aioli:
1/2 Cup Mayo
1tbspSriracha Sauce
To Serve:
3cupsCooked White Rice
1cupShredded Carrots
1cupCucumber- sliced
2Avocados- diced into small pieces
1/4 Cup Green onion- thinly sliced
1tbspSesame Seeds

To prepare tuna bowls: place the cooked white rice at the bottom, add the shredded carrots, sliced cucumber and diced avocado. Next, add the diced tuna. Drizzle the soy sesame sauce, the sriracha aioli, the thinly sliced green onions and the sesame seeds. Enjoy!
